Mod that adds a "None" quest?

I'm after a Mod that adds a quest to the game that is always active as in available as soon as you leave Vault 101 (called None), all it does is have no quest marker or description. The purpose of it is to allow you to disable the Quest Marker icons on the radar and map if you don't currently want to do any specific quest. I'm not looking for a toggle option such as a specific Switch within the game world to toggle quest markers on/off, an out of place menu or complete removal of quest markers or anything like that.

Just something integrated cleanly within the pipboy to enable the ability to not have any actual legitimate quests selected, would be awesome. Currently you have to complete a quest to render it in a state of no quests selected and I'd simply like that functionality to be easier to access.

Well, DC Interiors, which adds a bunch of places to explore, has some unique Gnomes to collect. There is a quest for that, but no map marker when selected.

It gives more game and lore friendly content that does not interfere with the regular game, and it gives you a quest to select anytime you want to kill your map marker!

Wasteland Explorer. Adds a quest to you with no objective, so no markers or updates, etc. Great mod.

The problem I found with that one is that sometimes it would become unselected for some reason, and I would have to choose it again. Other than that, it does what it's meant to do.

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/2125 does this as well. It uses a quest to track your hunger/thirst/sleep levels so if you leave it selected you'll get periodic updates to your status for these stats as time passes in your game but there's no quest target so you don't get a quest marker on your map.

Yeah but I'm enjoying the vanilla experience.

DC Interiors will make you happy. It does not change existing cells, just adds new Interior spaces to explore. In other words, it removes the "Why can't I go into that building? It looks intact." feelings as you go around. The Gnome quest can be selected anytime you want to turn off your map marker and then another quest can be selected when you want that.

Otherwise, you are going to have to look at a HUD mod that can remove the map marker, or toggle it for you.
