A week or so ago I came across a mod in a youtube video for Oblivion, the uploader was showing off a sound mod he had made. During the video I noticed every time he talked to an NPC the camera barely moved at all, merely centered the the camera but didn't zoom in. The name of the mod wasn't listed and I didn't get a response from a PM... by chance would anyone know which mod changes the camera view during dialog?

You change that in your Oblivion.ini file. Look in the [Interface] section. You'll see the line fDlgFocus=. Change that to a higher number (I set mine to 11.0000). You'll probably have to experiment to find the number that suits you.

The mod is called "Talk With Your Hands", I think.

Tried that mod once, it kept crashing my game for some reason? The ini edit works perfectly so personally i rather use that.

Talk with your hands makes the NPCs do idle stuff during conversation. IIRC it /doesn't/ change the camera distance. I use it and the tweak posted here.
