Mod trubbels

I have just formated my pc and for some reson the new vagas data was still there so I thought great. When I load it up no mods show up so I reinstall the game with steam that did not work at all what should I do?

By "formatted", do you mean a full re-installation of Windows?

(That's what the term usually means, unless your Steam drive is an external.)

If your Steam and Fallout installation is on your root drive within your /Program Files tree you may have some User Account permission problems.
