Should post this in the CS forum

It's a little more complicated. You have to convert the file to both mp3 and wav, download the old CS to do the lip-syncing, match up the filepaths, and then switch over the files

I'm trying to find the tutorials on TESA or the cs wiki but I can't, hopefully someone else will post them

I'm tring to get the voices to work with the BrotherhoodRenewed and Cyrodiil Travel Services mods if that helps.

Check that these mods are actually voiced. Any voice files are likely silent for lip syncing only. :foodndrink:

Confirmed for Brotherhood Renewed. The voice files present with the mod are silent files so you can read the dialog. Arthmoor doesn't rely on people running Elys silent voice. I think it also makes it easier if he does get someone to voice the dialog in the future.

As a head's up in case you don't know: Oblivion figures out how long to display the subtitles by the length of the sound file. If there is no sound file, then the subtitles will zip by too quickly for you to read them. Some mod authors will include silent voice files to prevent this. Another option is to load Elys silent voice - an OBSE plugin.
