It came as a suprise that I cannot equip the Sunsella(sp) Star Badge!!!

After all the hard work scouring the countryside for those caps I cannot wear the final reward!!!!

Is there a mod that let them be equippable? Like Megaton Sheriff's star badge in FO3.
