Yes Emperor Palpagates guards will come get you....LOL
There is no legal way to put player mods on a console 360 or PS3.

No.

OP, there is no way to get mods if you are playing on console. It is very unlikely to happen.

It's theoretically possible. Mods function identically to official DLC (mostly). It wouldn't be too hard to force the console versions to load mods. People did it for Oblivion. This isn't the place though, try Nexus.

And yes, it is legal if you pull it off. You can't be sued, arrested, etc. The only thing MS can do is void your warranty, and MAYBE ban you from Live. Although if they did a Live ban a good lawyer would probably be able to sue them successfully, given that Skyrim has no multiplayer. If you did it to say, MW3, BF3, or another MP game it'd be different.

there's ways to mod console games and the actual hardware but those ways are frowned upon by the trillionaire console companies so you do so at your own risk....I know of someone who was permantley banned from xbox live for modding CoD but the morons fail to realize that a different IP address and console makes them a new customer.

Bottom line is where there's a will there's a way so I say mod away and F the rich execs

Oh and dont buy the PC version, there's more problems with that than both consoles....yea they can mod the game but then its crashes. Also to my knowledge they cant get the dlc that xbox can or it's long delayed

Unfortunately, i cannot risk getting banned because i have oblivion downloaded through the marketplace as well as Red Faction Guerrila.
But if i can pick up a Xbox cheap i was considering it. But it almost sounds like i should just get myself a new Graphics card and PSU and get the P.C. version.

i heard talk of them releasing a way for user generated content to be available to console users, but i know thats total bs since microsoft cant charge money for the content.nobody would buy the ripoff dlc packs etc... so yeah gl with the mods hope you dont fry the box

You don't go online with it....

Banned 360's are prime candidates for being modded to read burned 360 games since you can't go online with 360's that have been modified in that way anyways.

If you want to mod Skyrim on console... I'd recommend using an offline account preferably on a second offline xbox.

Not recommended for the avg console user though.

Ding Ding Ding, We have a Winner!!!

Seriously, once you start messing with mods, then you will understand why mods with this game and consoles is a bad idea to mix together. Without a PC to use all the tools that are needed to get all these mods to actually work together, it will never work. People who want mods on the console have not used mods on the PC versions of this game. You don't just select a mod, install it and then play the game. It's not like a DLC.

Since we are already starting to get posts in this thread that are ban or warning worthy, I will close this so no one gets in trouble here.
