Modded and ready to go!

Alright, so I have modded the game to my satisfaction (little disappointed there is no hotkey mod for take all, oh well)

Everything is work fine, and things were looking good... Until I used the mage guild teleport service to the Vivec Mage Guide...

When I arrive the screen immediately blinks once, then its like the FPS is lower then 1 pr sec, and if I don't turn right immediately, the game crashes, saying some graphic driver crashed. Has anyone experienced this before?

The only mods I use that is directly related to Vivec, is:

I would suggest using MLOX, and see whether your problem persists.

Sounds more like a problem with your hardware.
Are your drivers up to date? Do you have DirectX9?

Yes I use Nvidia GTX 280 with the last driver update around december. Sounds weird that it should be this, but I'll update just in case (maybe the drivers gotten corrupted, but then why would it only crash in Vivec Magic Guild?)

As for the "Take All". Tried it, crashes my game instantly when I click the middle mouse button.

Got DirectX 9 installed, and DirectX 10 (not that it would matter). I just reinstalled my graphic drivers, game still crashes

When I disable MGE XE the problem goes away... Too bad cause I really want to use it :(

EDIT: When I was there I noticed a shadow going through the wall in a weird way (not the normal, you can see NPC shadows weird places), sorta like a straight shadow. So I thought I'd try again, removing the shadows from NPC's, and now it works flawlessly.

Its not ideal, but I guess I can live without NPC shadows :)

Mlox is a great tool for sorting your Load Order.
It will recognize many (but not all) conflicts you might have, as well as suggest updates if they're needed.

I would also suggest installing the Patch Project. It fixes many bugs in the game that Bethesda missed.
And the Code Patch if you don't have it... it has many great features.
Also, I see you don't have a Merged Object.esp (made with TESTool or SmartMerger) or a Mashed List.esp (made with Wrye Mash)
Both will ensure your mods work as intended, and should load last in your list. :)

You'll want to update/repair your Save file with Wrye Mash after adding these things.

Yes so I heard. I'm actually suprised I forgot the Patch Project, I'll add that immediately. However again, the problem seemed to be an NPC shadow that was bugged in the game, and conflicted with MGE XE. Turning off the NPC shadows seems the only way to fix it.

As for the load order and all that stuff. I see so much about this, but all talk about it seems vague, while at the same time saying its VERY important. I tried Wryh Mash or whatever its called, but can't figure it out, and I'm too lazy, and haven't experienced any problems motivating me to learn it. I know this makes me sound like a [censored], which I assure you I'm not, I just haven't found a place explaining exactly what to actually do with it.

I would have however love a link where I can find great a explanation of the software, and not just the features it provides.

I have noticed you in particular have helped me a lot in my threads, and I'd like to thank you a lot for your assistance, you are a life saver :)

Looks confusing at first, but a lot of the info you can ignore for now.

Focus on making a Mashed List, and getting all your esps updated. (everything should be Green in your Load Order, and Blue in your Saves master list)
Simply update yellow esps, and Redate any reds ones... those are the most common issues.

Read through this on an explanation on how to use Wrye Mash to control install order.

http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1156223-morrowind-installing-your-mods-for-maximum-flexibility/page__p__16929479#entry16929479

You want to control install order to decide which mods that write the same texture/mesh gets to take precedence. Last one in is the one the game uses.

Mlox is very important in controlling the sequence in which mods with plugins (esp/esm) load. The same thing happens here, with the last in wins rule. If you have 2 mods that both change the same sword, the modification from the 2nd one win. Same with locations, NPCs etc.

Depending on the mods you have, you may or may not ever feel the pain with the load order. But if you get into the 50-100 mod range, I'd suspect there's a good chance there is a conflict. You will want to merge objects (with Testool) and lists (with Wyre Mash) to make all the mods play with each other properly. There are lots of threads describing how/why on the object/list merge here and elsewhere...just search for "merged objects" and "mashed lists" and you'll find them.

If you are finding an error with MGE, please make sure to post it in the appropriate thread so it can be corrected.
