Questions:
1) Will she naturally use all of her poisons?
2) Do poisons and arrows get replenished between each fight and round?
3) Is it possible for her to not summon until she has drawn her dagger?
1) I'm not sure, but I think she'll only use 1 poison.
3) I don't think so. She'll open the fight by summoning, but that's actually good for you because your opponent will run for the summon and get locked down in melee, making an easier target.
I do remember Sarevok from my last tourney, it will be great to have him back! DO you have the Hand-to-Hand tweaks you sent me last time? Any specific H2H anims you want me to use?
My rebalance mod already includes a Hand-to-hand rebalance (damage output equal to that of a Daedric Dagger, fatigue damage equal to physical damage) so no extra mods required for that. Septh's animations would be great.

I would suggest having no enchantments on your armor and instead taking a Grand Ring of Aegis (18% Shield, costs 1840) and a Hardened Shield (Glass Shield with 18% Shield enchantment, costs 2800). Note that even if you're using a 2-handed weapon you still get the enchantment from your shield. That way you get a total of 36% Shield enchantment for 4640 gold. Together with your Warrior birthsign, Acrobatics skill, and armor that should be more than enough to max out your AR. You'd then have 5360 gold left for your weapons or maybe an amulet.
You could ask John to give your sword the stats of a Daedric Claymore with 20 Fire Damage (costs 4653) which would bring spent gold to 9293. You could of course also go for Frost or Shock damage if you prefer, but Fire fits the Heaven's fury theme of your armor and until so far we have no Dark Elves signed up.
Do weapons level up?And what about armor repairs?
Weapons don't level up but your character does, so you will do more damage as your Blade skill goes up . At the start of each fight everybody has all their equipment in top condition.
Edit: I just remembered one thing. What are the racial skill bonuses and special abilities and powers of Cute Elves? Is it just the ability to summon the Mystical Unicorn (I can see that in screenshots)?
Maybe it would be good to change them to be the same as for Wood Elves in my rebalance mod (+10 Balde, +10 Marksman, +10 Light Armor, +10 Sneak, start the fight invisible).
