Hi, I've installed some mods onto Morrowind, now when I try to run the game it gives me error message "Missing mafter file TR_data.esm".

I ran TES tool here are the results

Any idea how to solve this?

It means you've installed plugins that require TR but haven't actually installed TR. Either install TR or remove the plugins (MCA - TR Addon and AbotWaterLifeTRaddon according to your screenshot).

What is TR? Can you elaborate or provide a link.

I suggest you:
- Read the ReadMe instructions that come with mods you download
- Learn how to install mods correctly

Then you can avoid problems before they arise.
