I bought the Game of the Year edition with all the DLC's included. Unfortunately, the .esm's for these are "hidden" I guess, so they don't appear in /Data or FOMM. I downloaded http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1086 and used it, but no new mods were added to the /Data folder.

I'm using MMM, FWE and several other mods (which so far are working beautifully).

Once I get to experiencing the DLC, How do I get these master files to appear?

I think they get dumped into the C:\Users\(Your PC Name)\Documents\My Games\Fallout3 directory with Save files, if memory serves me correctly. Just move them to Data.

Might be a silly question , but you did install the content from the second disk, right? GOTY doesn't hide the content. It's all inside your Fallout 3\Data folder waiting to be activated in FOMM or the launcher.
