Model Problem

Post » Wed Aug 26, 2009 5:10 am

Hi, i'm just made a customised 9mm mesh, to include a silencer so i could add a silencer weapon mod in-game for it. I just copied the 10mm silencer Ninode branch and made a new child in the BSFadeNode and pasted the branch in there. I moved it back a bit so it was in place, saved to a new file, repeated for the other three 9mm meshes. Loaded the meshes in the Geck, including the statics and no problem so far. After applying the silencer mod in-game to the 9mm however the silencer appears at a 45 degree angle upwards to the gun. Can anyone tell what exactly i did wrong?

Check the scale and rotation of the block the mesh is attached to.

The scale and rotation of the block is the same as the block of the 9mm pistol. The geck shows the model correctly, it's just in-game the model is shown in-correctly, which is why i'm confused here. Would you like some screenshots of it?
