With how things are looking right now, the number of active players in Crysis 2 will probably keep going downhill until nobody plays it anymore...

As many of you may already know, Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3 will be coming out near the end of the year, I'm just wondering which one will you be playing.

Crysis 2 is my very first FPS game, and after looking at some videos from the predecessors of these two games I'm finding that Modern Warfare interest me more (has perks like Crysis 2 or the other way round?).

Battlefield 3 will rip the titts off any mutiplayer game out there. Unless they screw that game up as well.

I will alternate between BF3 and Crysis 2 when BF3 hits. BF3 for my modern fix and C2 for my sci-fi fix.

While I'll probably end up getting both, I ticked BF3. I think Battlefield will blow MW3 out of the fking water. I still want to play the single player campaign of MW3 however because I do like their story they have going. But in terms of multiplayer, CoD is just getting very boring. It's the same thing over and over again. I'm fairly sure they have been using the SAME engine since CoD4 with a few tweaks here and there, and it's starting to look very dated.

Sorry to any CoD fans out there but I think Battlefield 3 will blow every fps shooter out there away upon release. Except maybe counter-strike It will definately be my main multiplayer game for a long time.

Battlefield 3 is going to own, especially from the leaked MP gameplay I've seen, which looks awesome.

Actually, COD has the same engine as COD 2... Battlefield 3 ftw!

Pretty much this but without the facebook status update feel to it. Unless Battlefield 3 has major problems like Crysis 2 had it should knock CoD off its throne. Surely people have to start noticing CoD is the same game every year.

I think EA will screw up BF3... and at the moment it looks too much like BC2 which svckED. But at least it's nowhere near as bad as that piece of shi MW3 which is even worse

But seriously your not even a soldier in CoD anymore, Mr. Schwarzenegger cant even keep up with the action stunts pulled off in CoD games, and the guy has walked into a bar naked, cant get any more action packed than that.......oh wait thats right, bottom line, real warfare FTW.

I played a bit of BF2 and then played a xxxxload of BF2142. For me, the MP experience of 2142 has not been topped. Huge maps, tactics, comms, squads, weapons, tanks, walkers, gunships etc etc.

There was talk when COD4 was released that it was a Battlefield killer. I played a few matches on a mates PS3 and it was crap - basically Quake deathmatch with better graphics.

Now all that remains to be seen is whether DICE live up to their word that Battlefield 3 will be a true, PC, Battlefield experience and not something that has been watered down to fit onto the sxxxboxes!

I think I'd rather play something, much, much better.
