[REQz] Modified Werewolf Mesh

Post » Tue Nov 30, 2010 2:51 am

I'm using the excellent werewolf mesh found in http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24453, but I'm hoping someone can tweak one little thing on it for me: Removing the ... *ahem*... man-pouch... seen http://mods.omegacron.com/images/manpouch.jpg. I'm looking for a more subtle, rounded area (like superheroes have in the comics) rather than the small landmark approach seen in the screenshot.

Any help is appreciated - thanks!

I took an attempt on it. Not sure if it works in-game, but it seems fine in the CS.

I hate to be the one to ask, but, why are you staring at werewolf crotches enough for it to be an issue? I mean, my PC has a hideous vanilla-looking face, but i play in first person and i never see it, so i don't complain about it or even go to the effort to bash on a pretty one from a savegame.

People want different things from their Oblivion experience. What is there to judge? *shrug*

And that werewolf does look like he's packing heat.LMAO!

An attitude like that can get you into trouble...Anyways some players just like there mods and personal stuff a little differently. A lot of people play in 3rd person and love to take screenshots showing off their characters. It doesn't mean the OP is constantly checking out that part of the mesh. If he feels something should be changed, we should leave it at that and not ask questions why. It's his own personal reasons.

Thanks a bunch Itachi - I'll give it a try tomorrow evening and let you know. It looks much better, though.

LOL - actually, I was showing off my mod to my wife the other night and she was the one who brought it up. After I actually paid attention to that area, I realized that it did look disproportionate and should probably be trimmed up some. Fortunately, I'm comfortable enough in my masculinity to ask such a thing in a public forum :whistling: .

lol, it's not like it bad anyways. I always check over models (whether it be a sword or human *cough*male) for anything displeasing/pleasing. a perfect statement from Omegacron, "...I'm comfortable enough in my masculinity..." which is something I am entirely comfortable with. Besides, it's hard to appreciate art if you don't look at the whole subject.

Good work - it seems to work fine in-game for me. I have a "zoo" cell where I test all of my custom creatures for this mod, and I dropped all six werewolf versions in there. Actually, it's kind of funny -- all six have the exact same stats with 100 aggression, yet when they go to killing each other, the new eunich wins every time I've loaded the cell over. http://mods.omegacron.com/images/prizefight.jpg. So much for the ol' myth about a guy's manhood affecting his toughness lol.

Thanks a ton for doing that - I'll let you know if I see any problems with it, but it looks like you did a fine job.
