My sister just got a new laptop and i was woundering if it was good enough to mod. here are the specs

Now i only have morrowind and oblivion but i just want to start practicing for now with the 2 will this. be good enough?

That will play Skyrim, as long as you turn of HDR.

Don't try to run any visual improvement mods for any of the games. No high def textures, no ENB, no lighting mods.

You can use some mild gameplay adjustment mods. Add some armors and weapons to the game. Some perk tree adjustments. Just nothing too script-heavy. And nothing that adds a bunch of npcs or a bunch of new creatures to the game.
