Mods & 360

It's getting pretty boring for me without mods or plugins, and I was wondering if you can get them for the 360 version of Oblivion.

Other than the official DLC, no. User made mods are not available for the xbox. The issues are primarily commercial and legal, but bottom line, the Xbox 360 is a closed proprietary system, intended to run only what Microsoft licenses you to run.
