Mods are wierd?

Post » Tue Dec 13, 2011 12:31 am

They [censored] and moan about people talking about nudity and other things in games but yet they couldn't care less about people mindlessly slaughtering a wood elf, seriously everytime I go to talk in a Skyrim thread (no doubt this will be locked for not being about Skyrim) but its locked for some daft reason, is this American logic or just power mad mods getting over sensitive with their rubbish idealist powers? I see people try and talk about their problems on the PC troubleshoot forums and yet the mods decided to shut them down and merged in one thread for 'conviencience, ha yeah right...) anyway I'm just a Guy trying to make normal conversation like I would to anyone in the UK and get my point accross, but to mods on this forum it's almost as if you can't even have a proper conversation without them trying to lock you down.

Also what do you think about draw distances on the various versions of Skyrim?

9. Posting about moderator or administrator action or inaction is also against the rules of this forum.

Please feel free however to contact the moderator involved, another moderator you feel comfortable with, our community manager Gstaff or another admin if you disagree with a moderator action. Our moderators do not mind taking a second look or discussing an action with the other moderators and admin to assure they have acted fairly. So if you think you've been treated wrongly or that unfairly, be sure to send a PM. Sometimes moderators make mistakes.

I totally get what You mean. Most of them are egomaniacs that got some "power" i.e they can ban/lock/remove threads and that makes their ego big. They locked my thread because I compared [censored] Oblivion and Skyrim (good and bad sides).. I just wish for 1 second to smash one of their faces, just for once that would make my day.

It is the fact that most of them enjoy so called power they have in this world (they hide behind their computer screen and act bad ass as usual), You can't even name it as power, woah you locked my thread and made sarcastic sentence. I used to slap [censored]es like them back at highschool just because of sarcasm. :toughninja:

Us americans have one major flaw that I am more than willing to admit...I will not admit the others.... :ninja:

We think six is worse than violence in the media. Honestly conservative christian logic is so stupid sometimes...What is worse for a child to see? Honestly? A man getting blown to bits or a couple having six? One they will learn is horrible at every age, another they will learn is effing awesome later in life!

Jeesus....lol

Well I'm already on 75% through speaking my mind, plus I've tried helping as many people as can on the technical help so I'm really past caring its just the poor handling of matters on this forum that concerns me but I suppose one man can only try his best to change things.

We don't allow discussion of moderator actions or inactions. We also don't allow threads about locked threads or locked threads to be restarted without permission unless the reason for the lock was because it reached the 200 post limit.

BTW, we do all use the same set of rules and we are a pretty close group who generally moderate much the same way according to the rules. We don't however read every post or every thread because we all have lives and can't possibly do so even if we spend every moment of our day here.

If you have questions about moderator actions, contact them via pm. All this is written in the rules that you agreed to follow when you joined.

I suggest you not make another thread like this one.
