Hi,

I'd like to know if such mods exist that:

1. Adds some (not many) buildings and possibly some objects (some boxes, some new custom items) to all or some cities.

2. Adds some (not many) npcs to populate new buildings to all or some cities.

3. Adds some (as many as possible) quests to cities.

I highly doubt that it would be in one mod though. Basically I'm looking for something between Better Cities and vanilla cities.
