I′ve looked at two snow mods, Evander′s Snow Texture Replacer and Dall′s Bruma. From what I understand Evander′s mod alters texture in Pale Pass and Dall′s alters texture in Bruma and the Jeralls. But I′m not sure if Evander′s mod also changes texture in the Jeralls, the description doesn′t say. I contacted the author but he hasn′t responded yet.
I don′t want these two to conflict.

With texture replacers there are no in-game conflicts, unless they're packed in a BSA file. Whichever replacer you install last, will simply overwrite any files already changed by other texture replacers, and there will only be one of each file in your Data folder.
