I was trying to do everything possible but when i open my game with mods supposedly installed they simply dont show up in the game. What can i do to correct it or what can it be?

Define "mods don't show up in the game" a little better please. What are you trying to install? Do you have red diamonds with exclamation marks in your game? Is a building or person simply not there? Does your gun look like a chameleon? Did you put on armor and now your body is invisible?

ghouls is right we need some more specific info or even pics......are you using FOMM?

What red Diamonds?
I downloaded Tailors Maid mod(which adds new clothes) and the containers where the clothes should be are not there. Another mod i downloaded is Bunch of new weapons and they also dont appear in game. None of the mods appear while playing in the places where they should be.

Ok, let's start with the basics. Are you using FOMM? Did you check off the esp for Tailor Maid?

I am using FOMM. WHat do you mean i checked esp?

Are you using Windows 7 or Vista and if so, do you have the game installed in the default path the installer provides, which would be something like C:/Program Files/Bethesda Softworks/Fallout 3? If that's case, uninstall it and move it out of Program Files to somewhere else on your C:/ drive.
