Not sure if this has been answered here, i watched a video earlier with a minmap for the game, apparently it was scrapped by the devs for lack of immersion. Any one planning on doing mods for the interface? This would be a better than the overhead compass in my eyes.

I don't think the API will allow it as it has not been done yet despite the amount of people wanting it.

I'm sure someone will mod us a minimap, it's probably one of the most asked for map problems needing a fix.
