I loved the Tribunal expansion, out of the Elder Scrolls series I think that was my favorite quest to play. Anyway I recently am getting back into Morrowind again and I just beat the main tribunal questline. But what mods add new content similar to tribunal. I like the close quarters urban feel with the engaging quests. I don't care about giant landmasses to explore (though that too is very fun). So what mods are good for Tribunal fans? Also, I am looking for mods with a similar feel/gameplay to Tribunal, so it does not have to be a mod inside Mournhold it could be on a whole new city or area. So if anyone can help me out I appreciate it.

Urban eh? Well I think that's the first time I've heard that kind of request. Maybe Deus Ex Machina? It's a large steampunkish mod, that deals greatly with in city quests if I'm guessing correctly. Recently released, it features an extensive subway/train system.
