Can i get some help with my fallout 3 that i bought from steam? i looked up on youtube on how to set up the grooveatron but each time it just makes a large red "texture missing" exclamation mark and i cant get it to work. any help?

Do you have ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated? Are you using FOMM to unpack the zip file and install the mod? Did you read the install instructions that came with the mod?
I would suggest that you go to the Fallout3 Nexus. They have a lot of information about modding and installing mods.
