I just saw an article about the top ten mods currently out for Fallout 4, and two were nvde mods and one was a "female sweat mod" and I am thinking, why? I have never once played a video game and though, "Ya know what would make this better? sixism." So I did a little brainstorming and decided on the mods I would like to see the most and I am going to do everything I can to make happen. I've never made a mod before so I am not even sure if any of this is possible, but here is what I got
-Crafting room - Instead of 4 benches, once all crafting tables are unlocked, you also unlock a Pre-fab room that you can do all of your crafting from. All that would be changed about the interface would be selecting which category to go into.
-Grenade tab - A new inventory tab just for throwing weapons
-Companion rooms - Ya know how you make a chair for that one character in the beginning and she just stays in it? Something like that but for each companion so each one is in their own area so you don't have to run around a settlement looking for them.
-Store - Another pre-fab room you can make once all stores are unlocked. You talk to one person and have access to all store's inventories at your settlement. Would have to have all the settlers assigned to the stockroom or something to make this more realistic...
-Magazine collector's wall - kinda like the magazine rack, but you would use plastic to seal the magazines and display them on the wall so you can see them all.
-Marking as Junk - Simple, marking items as junk so when you put them in the workshop, you automatically scrap the weapons and armor marked.
-Inventory screen mods - This is the area I feel needs the most attention. Sorting by the slot a piece of armor takes up (left arm, right arm, ect.) is absent. Better sorting would just make everything easier.
So, once I learn how to mod, these are the mods I plan on working on. Unless someone else has the same idea as me. In that case, awesome. Thanks!
