This would be one topic for couple of mods that I modified and/or uploaded.

Description:

Potions with unique look depending on their quality and effect.

I liked Coffinbag's Better Vanilla Potions and Poisons, which itself uses some of the jbvw fine meshes and textures from Alluring Potions, but I wanted all the bottles to be a bit less fancy, acceptable even for warriors, so I changed it, along with few other things. Now the difference in grades is the colour of the bottle closure, not the shape of the bottle. Original mods are not required.

Version 1.0m:

- added missing bottle neck textures
- changed all meshes to be like Grade 1 bottle
- changed all textures of bottle closings to be dependent from grade
- changed all icons to be like Grade 1 bottle with different bottle closures
- changed Alteration to use poison texture but with Alteration colour (used distorted Restoration texture before)
- changed Illusion to more greenish colour (fade-out green, like in Morrowind, and in the UESP.net on the bottom of Illusion school page)
- optimised some textures using Optimizer Textures from http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/42116/?

version 2.2r2:

- made sword enchantment a bit less powerful (25 damage health in the most powerful stage)

version 2.2r:

- cleaned automatically with TES4Edit
- MOBSified Umbra stats
- changed script - sword no longer change its stats - only enchantment is changed, but it is more powerful
- changed Umbra's Rage power to be less strong
- heavy armour is now a bit weaker than daedric
- armour has a bit less strong enchentments

Kill the Dark Brotherhood alternative version http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/42441/?

In this alternate version:

Changed fame added by killing DB Members and High Members to +1 and +2 accordingly

Use this file if you want +1, +2 fame added instead of +5 and +10 (which I considered too much).

From the original file:
The purpose of this modification is to give non-assassin players something to do with the Dark brotherhood, Kill them. It works by adding a script to each of the Dark Brotherhood NPCs who are not hiding their identity (The ones in Sanctuaries and Lucien lachance) the script will for all but Lachance cause the NPs to attack the player on site if he breaks into the sanctuary. Each Bark brotherhood member killed by the player grants the player +5 Fame, No DB NPCs are marked as essential and any of them may be killed. All DB members except the leaders (Night Mother and Lucien) give 5 Fame, while the two highest rank offer you 20 Fame each, if you can locate them. It is now possible to enter the sanctuary without being a member, the well is no longer protected by a force field.
