I personally plan on immediately starting a series of quest mods. Each hopefully adding like 3 hours of gameplay, and I want to make one a month. Hopefully you guys can enjoy that. :)

My absolute first mod will be to eliminate any kind of quest or location markers. After a few hours of play, I am willing to bet I will have to add a mod that SLOWS levelling way down.

I will make a mod that cuts the health of everything that is in the game including the player down to 50%, because I'm tired of playing battleships.

I want a hardcoe/Survival mode. It puts me into the game so much more. Fishing would be nice too.

And of course, a mod to open the cities.



This, requireing to eat, drink and so on, requiring to maek a de-salter for water and junk would be nice.

Hopefully the devs have taken some cues from Duke Patricks and FCOM and made it more possible for the PC to one-shot enemies and vice versa.

Atleast on hardest difficulty (or included in the hardcoe mode)

right now I'm figuring out how to use blender/photohsop for some armor mods

I'm making a camera customizing mod already, so one can move the 3'rd person camera left, right, centered, or anywhere between. Also, FOV customization. If there's a native IsKeyPressed, it'll have on-the-fly controls for both as well as the ability to reset the hotkeys. I probably won't use too many mods the first time through, but all the screenies indicate the camera is off-centered as it was in the Fallouts and that must be remedied quick-style. Can't wait to see what people come up with!

Oh yeah, assuming the max summons is handles as it was in Oblivion, I'll make a mod which increases the number of summons you can have out at any given time according to your conjuration skill. It'll also have an option to limit said max to the player so enemies won't be able to summon more than one at a time as, with Oblivion, it makes the game damn near impossible when each sorcerer/vampire has three summons out.

Another thing I've worked out, probably, is a plugin which will prevent the 3'rd person camera kills since so many have written about not liking the idea.

If Quarn doesn't get to it, I'll be making a "Bag of Holding on Crack" with a hotkey to open a multi level menu with choices to add/remove all alchemy equipment/ingredients for starters and eventually similar options for unequipped armor/weapons. Also, if holding shift when using "Take All", it'll move all the contents of a container/corpse directly to the bag, so packrats like me aren't wading through their inventory and shoving stuff into the bag after every battle.

Edit: After seeing the viddy that I didn't see, it seems all inventory items are in CAPSLOCK. SALMON MEAT -> Salmon Meat. If only for personal use, that's another thing I'll change if they don't.



Hopefully, Elminster will make TES5Edit soon after the Skyrim's release. That program is amazing!

zzz i can see the point, but i dont have any spaces left and plus i want to add stuff or modify stuff not completely remove it

I think everyone by know should know that the first mod is gonna the nvde mod......Its basically a BGS tradition now...

I know ill be modding out spiders and webs( turning them into mudcrabs and rainbows, respectively(For my GF, not me) and ill probably make a mod that makes everything a spider, or at least everything's head is a spider.


And if its as easy as i think it will be....ill mod in the confused turtle build as a duel wield option.

I'm looking foward for Magic Mods, preferably one that adds mysticism, the Necromancer one that is being talked about, and spell creator mods.
My first mods will be Considered "advlt Stuff", just because it will be de-essentialling certain people.

I'm guessing that it will probably be too easy to become filthy rich in Skyrim. This is not really specific to TES games, but every RPG released in the past 10 years or so.

Personally, if I ever become too wealthy in the game, to the point where I can easily buy anything in the game world, the game starts to become boring, since there is no more point to accumulate wealth.

So as soon as the CK is released, I will probably make a very simple "poverty" mod that does the following:

1. increase all merchant prices by 5x
2. reduce all reselling prices for stolen loot by 5x
3. reduce all other reselling prices by 2x

Im pretty sure the CK comes on disc with the PC version.....i could be wrong but im almost positive....

That mod sounds kinda interesting though

EDIT: yeah, i heard that too, so it will be out pretty early im guessing....but until its out...my GF can't play-Insanely arachnophobic, so the earlier its out, the earlier she can play....
