This is my third atempt at seeking help with this, I've made a couple of mods for Oblivion using the creation kit but they don't seem to be working in-game.
I've made sure they're checked in the Launcher, Oblivion Mod Manager and the Nexus Mod Manager, I've also disabled the UAC, ran it as Administrator and check if it is in the hidden folder, C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion and it is in there.

I don't know what else to do and would really appreciate any help the can be given, Thanks.
