I just got a new computer which is Windows 7, and recently installed Oblivion.
But no mods work anymore for some reason.
I installed the mods correctly, and activated them in the mod manager.

I googled, and found out that there is a problem with Vista and Windows 7 where Oblivion mods don't work because of the UAC Security. I tried to fix it by installing the game as administrator + avoiding to install
it in the program files (which I did the first time too).
But it still doesn't work.

Any help on this?

I had the same problem with my new W7, the mods did not work. It appeared I had done something in the main folders, dragging my saves away, re-installing the game and dragging the saves back to the Saves folder made the mods work well.

Before you can successfully reinstall Oblivion, you have to be sure the previous installation is entirely gone
