Most Mods I have seen are all within Cyrodiil. Does anyone make use of the landspace outside? I.e. in Hammerfell?

I know by altering the oblivion ini file you can set the borders to 0 so you can go outside the normal boundries. So has any modders created mods OUTSIDE cyrodiil? If so, what do you recommend??

Yes, there are new lands mods. I am surprised you cannot do a TESNexus tag search to find those. Oh, wait...you can, and you can sort it by "downloads" DESC" to see what other people download...
