F.A.O MODS - A Question for you

Post » Thu Aug 19, 2010 1:23 am

Is it possible for you to send an email to the devs asking if there'll be another patch.

16th December was the last we heard anything??? And with the game still suffering with all these bugs that is terrible customer service, absolutely horrendous.

I know your not directly employed by them, but your the only link to them that we have.

Cheers.

I agree. i asked technical support if they're working on a patch and wether they actually see the problems people write about on the forums. The reply i got was simply "This is technical support, we have nothing to do with the forums"

Moderators don't have special access to the developers, however the community managers collect information such as common problems people are encountering and pass that on - and QA reviews these forums themselves.

Just because they haven't said anything doesn't mean they aren't aware of the problems people are having, or that they aren't trying to fix them. I do realize my comment doesn't make the wait any easier but you can be assured that bug reports are reviewed.

In the future if you have a question for the mods it's better to PM one of us rather than starting a thread. You'll also get a response much faster. On that note, thank you for waiting a day before bumping this. :)
