Mods recommendations for Morrowind players

I've been playing Morrowind for about six years now and I bought Skyrim when it came out, but Oblivion never caught my interest. However, when Oblivion was on sale a few months ago I picked it up (mostly for The Shivering Isles). However, I still haven't played it much--while I find the land itself pretty enough, there are some things that annoy me. Chiefly, I'm wondering if there's:
a) A way to make dialogue Morrowind-style so I don't have to put up with that gods-awful voice acting. Except Sheogorath, Haskill, and Martin Septim. I'd like to keep their voices.
b ) A way to make people (especially my character) look like they are not made of putty and rotting potatoes? I'm not sure what it is exactly, but I find everyone in Oblivion to be extremely off-putting and ugly, and have found no way to make a decent-looking character--Robert's Bodies helps the body, but does nothing for the face.
c) A way to make Dunmer look like Dunmer (i.e., as they appear in Skyrim and Morrowind).

Any other miscellaneous mods are welcome as well. I already snapped up most of Korana's mods, since I know her work from Morrowind, and also Emma's Vilja.
