Looking for mods that allow crafting of chest and furniture. Also something that would make NPCs not respawn in a cave. One similar to the caves around some Giant camps.

Would like to be able to set up a camp/home in a cave using some of the stuff from frostfall and hunterborn. Any info would greatly be appreciated.
