Mods that make Fallout 3 more like New Vegas?

I just bought Fallout 3 GOTY edition off steam for 5 bucks, and I'm preparing to play it. Can anyone direct me to some mods that make Fallout 3 more New Vegas-like?

There is an Iron Sights mod which helps.
