I just got my copy of new vegas "ultimate edition" btw what exactly do you get extra with this version?

anyway I am looking for mods.
On oblivion I got all the improved texture mods for the enviroment and characters,
Also I got the overhaul mod which improves (i think) the levelling of characters.
Also got a mod so I can level up all my skills to max.
Would like to know mods like this, and also any other very popular mods, especially ones which expand the game and make it bigger, bigger map?? more towns etc.

btw whats the reccomended graphics card for this game and also skyrim (which i hope to get soon)
