S&D!!!, where you actually pick your weapon instead of premade classes!

Protect!!!, 2 Location needs to be protected from the Tinman (1 Nanosuit user) the rest are normal humans trying to guard the complex from him reaching the 2 locations.

Alien vs NanoSuit, Some kinda Siege mode where you as play as either Alien or Nanosuit the alien will try breach different location and certain criteria is needed to be meet before can advance to the next

S&D??? Why not just make a custom class.
