Mods you'd like to see

What I would love to see (whether a mod or a DLC ) is a Zombie Apocalypse Mod for FNV.

I really love the Zombie Apocalypse Mod I have for F3, which I downloaded from the Fallout 3 nexus site.

Now I thought it would be a neat idea to bring back the Aliens into Fallout New Vegas but with an additional story: Zombies.

The story could be something such as this:

Just before the Aliens aboard Mothership Zeta were defeated, a distress signal was send out to their brethren back on their home world.
Another ship was sent out to come to the aid of Mothership Zeta, and arrived in our solar system some time later.
The Alien's expeditionary force learned what happened to their brethren and began immediately to devise plans on how to avenge their comrades as well as how to destroy mankind and conquer earth thereafter.
Rather then initiating a full scale attack on earth, they instead establish a secret base of operations in the Mojave desert.
They do not intend to fight an open war, but instead create a biological weapon, a virus, with which they infect abducted test subjects within their deep-subterranean base ( humans, ghouls, Super Mutants etc....) and later on release these abductees ( whose memory of the abduction got wiped ) back out into the open to infect others.
The virus basically works like the virus from 28 days/weeks later.
Our hero's quest is basically to find out what is causing the outbreak of Zombies.
He/she would have to do some quests to learn more about the Virus and the Zombie Outbreak from different factions, fight hordes of Zombies while doing so, aid factions in battle against the undead/enraged infected and would eventually learn the origin of the virus and who is behind it.
From battles with zombies in settlements, the desert, Vegas and military bases, all the way to the Alien base.
Anyways, I think this would make for one hell of a Mod or DLC ( lol I am hopping someone from Bethesda reads this and is inspired =P )

Joining the NCR would be cool, and as to the Enclave Remnants, they are featured. Arcade gives a quest to gather them up and restart the Remnants, using an old bunker. It's called for Auld Lang Syne.

1) Be able to hatch eggs into disposable companions. Mantis, Gecko, Deathclaw, etc.
2) Use medicine (or science for certain ones) to revive fallen companions within a certain time frame.

Yes I know of this quest, with Doctor Henry from Fallout 2 and the characters. But I was hoping for an actual intact Enclave faction with the soldiers and all.

I've seen a few mods that add empty bottles when drinking. I don't remember seeing any that give tin cans when eating Pork n Beans.

In REPCONN HQ, there are prototype robots.. static objects not creatures, but they look cool. In particular, the 4 legged sentrybot with 2 "forelegs"... I wonder if it could be mapped to the Mantis skeleton. It looks like one.

Mod that makes skill affect aim (weapon spread/gun weave) not damage. fGunSpreadSkillBase and fGunSpreadSkillMult dont affect spread in any way ive noticed so it seems i cant do this myself easily.

Not the most exciting thing to contribute to the game, but I had someone request that I add that to Imp's More Complex Needs. I will probably do so (if I haven't already, I can't honestly remember).

- A clock somewhere on the HUD. It's easy enough to press t but I guess i'm just lazy

DarN is already porting over his UI mod. The current version in FO3 adds this, and I can't imagine that it won't be coming back in NV.

I would like a mod that makes Black Mountain Radio available throughout the entire Mojave. It's the best station, but you can only hear it when near Black Mountain :/

I thought there was a way to boost the signal via a quest because I saw 4 switches on the tower, but apparently they disable the station completely, and can't be flipped back on D:

A mod that makes traits a bit more numerous and interesting would be nice. There are hardly any to choose from, and they're pretty much all "+this attribute at the expense of that attribute".

A port of the assault rifle and chinese assault (this one might not fit the setting) automatic weaponary just seems lacking imo. I'm trying to get it working myself but alas no luck, damn me and my G.E.C.K noobiness :P

I want something related to the Enclave or the remnants. They could be major or minor like the Brotherhood of Steel in the Mojave. Since no one knows what happen to Navarro I think that either the Enclave remained there or set up camp in the Mojave. And having some tie into the main quest perhaps? And have the Enclave take control; if you're like me and dislike the NCR, Caeser's Legion, the Followers of the Apocalypse, and Mr. House.

It would be fun to have some sort of Enclave remnant left and "pacify" the denizens of the Mojave Wasteland....

Well, you can already get the remnants to help you in the final quest, and

One of the first things that occurred to me was a mod to take over and re-open the Lucky 38 casino. I don't mean just make it functional, I mean the player would become the manager and would have to do quests to hire staff, restock, repair machines etc in order to get the casino up and running.

I'd love to see modders, or specifically modelers make some more scarves. Think about it, how usefull is a scarf in the wasteland? Very, it can be used as a face mask, for warmth if needed or just look good. Every post apocalyptic movie I see features at least one person wearing a scarf, so where are they? I want more scarves in Vegas, I can't believe they're not in the game already.
