So i was looking at the minimum requirements for Oblivion and everything ticks except for

my GHZ which is 1.20 instead of the 2.0 minimum requirement.

Im no computer specialist so I donnt know how much of an effect it will have but I think I have seen some

Mods or Programs for Oblivion to help low-end PC's run it and I was wondering if you think those Mods/Programs will work

and if you have links to what I should use?

I think maybe you should buy a better computer? You can easily buy something that far-surpasses its requirements for around ￡300

You could try oldoblivion. It'll probably make the game look extremely bad but if you don't mind graphical loss then you could try that.

Oblivion is definitely a processor-limited game unless you really have a terrible graphics card. Oldoblivion and its ilk won't be able to stop NPC AI from destroying your frame rates during combat.
