Heads up people! SithDagger's http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=25&t=653973 has gone http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=9718.

...just thought I'd spread the word a little, since it seems a little dead in here right now.

Progress on Mog-wolf is slowly being made. Right now I'm more or less impaling myself in the werewolf scripts and forcing me to learn their inner workings.

If anyone still cares.

You all still around, huh? Thought Mog Mod was finally dead and buried...
So, what's there, like 4 of you?

NinjaOtter's having problems with his hard drive I hear.

And yes The Ant is still working on the boots.
Just can't come up with a better daedric texture.
But it's completely remapped. Texture's going to be 1/4th it's original size.
(Not like anyone really remembers when I even made them.)

Regarding those silly boots.

Well hello and good afternoon, for The Ant is here!
And good new has he for Mog fans to hear!.
The Ant apologizes for being a jerk.
And now, right now, on the boots he'll work!

Hey, I still exist!

Ant is right; hard-drive problems are the plight of all modders at one time or another, but I've had several in rapid succession.

This one isn't so bad, though; I just need more space; I honestly don't have a single free gigabyte to my name! I didn't realize landscaping took so much space. My point is, I have very little leeway with putting this mod together, even though I keep it zipped when I'm not actively working on it. So it's on hiatus for now.

I'm working on procuring another HD, then I'll have plenty of space.

Good to hear from you, and that your mod isn't dead. I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one interested in moogles anymore. :D

Say, is there any way The Ant can help?
And good luck with your harddrive problems.

Can you help?

Well, that depends what you're offering. The lack of HD space is my own problem, and I'm presently getting that covered.

We could technically write dialogue or quest lines (side-quests in particular) and save them somewhere, but I can't implement them until I get the disk drive.

What would also be nice, though, is a large landmesh or two. I couldn't really contort the smaller interior meshes into the kind of shapes I was looking for, so a large prefab one would be nice.

If that sounds like something you (or anybody) would like to try, I can make some kind of topographical map for us to work with.

Also, in the vein of community input to this mod, I'm putting this out there:

Anybody who's got a character (Not neccesarily Mog, but the majority should be.) that they would like featured in this mod, can make a house for the village (Just an interior is needed, I'll match it up on the outside.) ask me for my eMail, and send it to me. You can furnish it however you like, but the style of the interior should be either one of the nordic houses (Skall/Raven Rock) or Cave styled, since that's what I'm putting in the village. If you'd like your NPC(s) to have any special dialogue or abilities (a trainer, merchant, etc.) just attach a note and I'll implement that.

Edit: Pertaining to above: I'm using 4b mogs, so make sure that's what you're using when you put together your Mog NPC's.

Possibly?

Looks like we're trying to do the same thing.

Awkward situation, that.

I'd say we work on it together, but from what I've seen, we can't exactly just slap our two halves of a mod together; we've each got a slightly different take on it. If we do want to collaborate, we'll have to work that out. Or else just make two Koorishima Isle's. Competition might be good for the Mog community, or it could get nasty, and neither of them ever get released.

I'm not one for competing. But I would guess I should just help you with yours. Seems I've lost my file. -.-; Damn stupid me. we can use my forum for updates. I feel really bad for dropping it after re-reading my thread, seeing how people were excited about it.

They come with the MCA add-on as loot.
They are also in some other mod on the first post where you buy them from these strange pink things.

Every material in Morrowind is covered.

But wouldn't you rather swing a http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l74/TheAnt1987/Armor%20and%20Stuff/VorpalSwordpic1.jpg around?

...

Nobody could have it anyway.
It has like 2-3 X the face count as BB.

...It's an abomination, I should never have redone it again. Eh, I have a super computer...

The Ant still owes you something.
The Ant might give something besides the boots.

I have a body model lying around on my hard drive.
Hypothetically, if The Ant were to, say, work on an new mog body mesh, kinda a combination of Ian's furry cartoony anime look and the new official FF look (Kinda almost resemble a fuzzy Yoda), what kind of body type would you want?
Fat? Really thin? Muscular? BB-ish?
All the above?

Basically, it's the same mesh as the were-shark, but before I made it bulky and shark-like.

It would be all new meshes, fitting perfectly unlike the current BB versions.

Along with it, there's that old mog head I showed but never released. I recieved feedback on it, so I tweaked the ears to be fuzzier and floppier. There's also actually a mouth.
Call it a different species.

Also, remember that shirt I did that blew up in my face? It did so because it didn't have enough subdivisions.

That head always creeped me out. They look more like hamsters or mice with short stubby noses or koalas now . the got rid of the football shape from the gameboy advance pics that were your inspiration.

SneakyNinjaOtter, the story sounds interesting.
Yeah, I'm going to redo the armor for the new seamless body. Or rather, a different look.
It's going quicker than I thought.
High in polygons, but it looks OK.

The first set I have planned is a light armor, with square spaulders (Both one object) so that the other pauldron slot can be used for a sheathe.
Basically very similar to the old one, with perhaps similarities to the ninja armor from the supplies mod.
Will come with a weapon: a some-what large sword.
Pauldrons will be leather padding over large pants with a belt.

It's basically going to be V2 of that old armor I wanted to do.
Helmet will be less bulky, with no mask.

Come up with any symbols? Like some clan symbol or something?

Yeah, The Ant's back.
Hail Sheogorath!

Oh, and can I have some pics of characters wearing the ninja armor from the Supplies mod?
And anyone know what those bumps were on the back of the original?

Back of the original what? On the original bodies? No clue about their exact identity but they look like gills.

I have question. Suppose I wanted MCA's moogle goodness on my game but normal MCA screws around with the FPS. I put in MCA Lite. Will all those mods ( including the moogle mod and moogle temple) work with lite instead on the regular?

Just released something that you guys might be interested in =) http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=725555&hl=mog*mod for the Moogles along with the normal beast races. So now your shadow doesn't have to look like a sort of Khajiit with a human face type thing.

You can look at that thread for screen shots and downloads, but here's a quick link to the screen shots so you can see them right away:

http://www.gamesas.com/redirect.php?site=http://www.liztail.com/view_project.php?prj_id=7%26section=screen

I'd like to have included the wings, but I thought it would be too distracting if the real wings were moving but the shadow ones weren't, and I couldn't get the shadows to line up right if I just marked the wings as shadow meshes because of weird scaling issues with the height of the race. I tried to figure out out how to fix the annoying bug with the orignal shadow where it would sometimes disappears if you put the camera at a certain angle, but unfortunatly nothing I tried worked so mine does the same thing. But I think it's way better than the stock shadow, so I hope you guys like it =)

Yes, it'll work, just make sure Lite is newer than the other mods.

Very cool, Shon

Does anyone happen to still have "More Breaker Swords". It's listed here at TesSource, but that's gone. It's also at my old website, but it won't load :(
Would someone be willing to upload to PES or another place for me, please :)
