Moira Brown: Easily one of my favourites and I hope she

Returns

One of the most memorable characters from Fallout 3 and she had a pretty interesting quest line to boot that I would just love to see more of

I'm not even sure I would have spent any time in megaton if not for this character

I liked her, but I'd rather see unique new characters with their own stories.

I'll just hope for a character that is as lovable and as cheerful and bright as her, hahahaha...

I don't want to be thrown into a synth hideout just to test her "circuit breaker stick' O_O (yet, I loved her personality and her quests hahaha)

I hope OLIVER SWANICK returns.
"Hunh? Powder gangers? Powder gangers' small time! I won the MUTHAF__KIN LO-TTE-REEEEEHHH!!!"
But it's really impossible.

One that isn't impossible is WOOZ from FO2 though.

Moira is one of the few FO3 characters that I really liked though I still wouldn't wanna see her in FO4, I'd rather there be wasteland survival guides scattered around Boston, since I like to think that after finishing it she found a way to mass produce them and get them around somehow.

Well she managed to print them in masses as we see in FO:NV... It would very likely that we also stumble upon copies of them in Boston, which is closer. Although, FO:NV takes place years after FO3...

It's ok though, because if I remembered correctly, the perk from doing that is quite decent isn't it?

Not as good as Survival Expert, but it's okay.

Her optimism and "the world broke like that glass" speech is good, but I don't really like her 'Wheee! Go get mutilated and heavily irradiated for my research because...FOR SCIENCE!!"

Why do that when you can cause endless emotional suffering?

She's a mad scientist with good intentions and lacking the Einstein-hair.

Personally I don't think it would work too well if she were to be in the new game, only because in Fallout 3 you could choose to blow up Megaton which turned her into a ghoul. If she were to be in Fallout 4 she can only be human or ghoul both, so people would start complaining saying such things as: 'Oh well I blew up Megaton how did she turn back into being a human?' etc. I feel like maybe there should be some Wasteland Survival books dotted around the map with her name on the cover or something like that as a little easter egg and that's it.

I enjoyed Moira as well, but I prefer new characters with a slight sprinkle of old i.e. Marcus in NV was great and should have been a bit more in-depth interaction. So it would be nice to run across Moira but not on the same scale in FO3.
