So I've been to Markarth over and over again and I remember the Forsworn attack(didn't do anything about it, no quest), but I have never seen Vigilant Tyranus there. I'm working on getting all of my Daedric artifacts, and it seems that the House of Horrors is unavailable to me at this point. I don't know if he entered the house, but I don't think he was supposed to without talking to me. I was never confronted by him, so I have no idea what to do. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? I'm on PS3.
