Molecular Level quest issue

I can't continue going through the main story line because of one quest. I belive in english it is called "Molecular Level". I have built a proper powered system for a synth teleporter at Brotherhood of Steel airport base, but whenever I stand on the teleport platform, quest does not continue. Is there a console command to skip this part of the quest? Or is there someway to fix this? Thank you for your help.

I am having this problem too. I have tried everything including removing the rugs at the airport, storing the equipment and pulling it back out, making sure the pad is under the giant electric thing. Nothing is working. Is there a possible solution?

This bug is caused by the game not checking off each individual piece being built. I had all three not checked off on the pip boy screen. To get the game to recognize the interceptor, each piece must be marked as done. Pick up each piece of the interceptor until it is checked off. Build the signal rrlay away from the woman who works on it all the time. Once they are all checked off, wire it together. The mission will move along.

Could also be having to stack the tower piece onto the piece you stand on. Took me a while to figure that out.

I had all the pieces checked as done in pip-boy, but it still didn't work. But anyway I started from the save where I would pick a fraction to built this teleport with and with Railroad everything worked fine. Thanks for you time anyways
