The ones in WoW are intelligent (they often take on the form of humans) .

More often it's elves, actually. There are humans, and at least one goblin and gnome though.

Who says there will even be rain at all? I know the same thing will apply to snow, but snow is actually more complicated. It can go a little more horizontal than rain in rough conditions... Hopefully they have better collisions period. Snow/Rain in Oblivion was simply an effect in view space, not world space, which is where the problem came about. If you don't start with the rain/snow particles in world space they can never know when to terminate/collide.

If they can even handle snow properly, they can handle rain properly. It's basically the same idea, except with rain you don't get it accumulating all across the surfaces like snow, but rather a possible wet-looking effect covering surfaces. I sure hope a wet-looking surface for rain is the case.

If they can do this with snow, there really shouldnt be a reason they cant with rain, I wouldnt worry about it.

?NEW INFO ON DRAGONS!: The animations are sure to make them look believable and non-mechanical, even when the dragons are speaking/shouting or doing other powerful and menacing things like when banking, flapping their wings, gaining altitude before making another strafing run, and breathing fire on their hapless victims. More Info Here

?Teases about Dragon Mounts/Mammoth Mounts: Just a rumor, not confirmed.

Todd just has to tease us on something.

I don't know if this has been covered, but where are these duels suppose to take place. If I'm walking down the street and another Mage challenges me, do we just throw down right there, bystanders be damned? What if i miss my fire ball and it smacks some poor fool in the face.

I got an answer from Reiner on the Mammoth front :
@DoesNotHappen It was changed. We got a last second comment from Bethesda that we thought did a better job describing that feature.

That's solved, then.

I think all the screens we are going to see in the hub are higher quality versions of the screens in the magazine.
A you can see, the new screenshot is just a expanted version of the screen in the magazine.

I just put that screenshot as my background on my comp. It turned out awesome and can see a lot more details. Im noticing a lot of passage ways in the mountain.

How odd, I read the article right after the original thread was created, and I don't remember anything about helping Giants, but I DO remember the wolf part. Maybe I have bad memory?

What a cop out. So "a mammoth beset by wolves" is a better representation of the feature. Please.

Don't forget TES XI, the first MMORPG of the series.

That means TES XIII will be the best TES ever! And TES XIV will be the greatest, most bug-free game of all time!
