Meh to the article.

lol.
The only thing that caught my attention (because I could care less about the rest of it) was this:
"To impart the towns and cities with a greater sense of life, Bethesda has populated them with mills, farms, and mines that give the NPCs believable tasks to occupy their day."
That's a big part of what made Morrowind's world believable. Nice that they are focusing on that to some degree
