A Monologue For Thee

Post » Sun Apr 11, 2010 9:18 pm

I Finished playing oblivion in around 2006 (I had logged in enough hours that Abomb had made the game unplayable.) Every once and a while i would return to Morrowind and that would help fill the Oblivion gate-shaped hole in my life......But not by much. Over the next few years i have waded through 2 Fable games 2 Mass Effect games 3 WoW Expansions and More Bad JRPG's Than i can care to mention. Fallout 3 helped to tide me over and New Vegas Is a Glitchy guilty treat. But When i heard the familiar Elder Scrolls Theme In The Skyrim trailer i forgot about ALL of these games. Mass Effect 3 Is coming This Year too And i LOVE those games but..............I don't care Because it doesn't hold a candle. Fable 4 Could Have The main character Crap Acorns That grow into trees That Grow into forests............Im Still Getting Skyrim First Because it makes the whole of Fable look like a Mediocre Hack-And-Slash. And Call me a Blasphemer But If They decide To release A PS3 Remake Of Final Fantasy 7...........I Still Want Me some Skyrim. These Games Are the games That you wait for Between Elder Scrolls Games (Exept For The FF7 Remake.). They are all Great games But they are not Why We are here. They are not Why I am here. I have no idea what This game will have in it. But What I DO know is Akaviri Invasion Or not, Mounted Combat or not, Levitation, Spears, And Werewolvs or not: By Azura! By Azura! By Azura! This Game WILL be an Unforgettable Experiance And it will Be Worth Every Last Drake And Septum You Spend on it...............And Mayhap Even more.

I think oblivion was pretty good, it wasn't like Morrowind was in it's time but was still good. My biggest hope is that Skyrim will be as big of a step forward as Morrowind was in it's time.

Hard to read but I get the jist. It will be good man. I feel it too. Only a FFVII remake will distract me from this game for the next 11 months!

Man, I am sorry, I can not read that at all! :P

Want it summed up in a nutshell, it's easily done: pretend it reads "Wow, I'm hyped for a new Elder Scrolls game so much I've forgotten all about every weak non-TES game ever made."

Covers pretty much everything said. Well, minus the repetition and random capitalization. :D
