OK so for the mission "I Put a Spell on you", I can't enter the Monorail to disarm the bomb, i went on the wiki and tried the way the said(didnt tell Hsu yet) and it wont work, the only way I found i can get in the train is to tell Hsu, go outside use turbo, then i can get inside but only when the train is starting to move.
EDIT: i was wondering, could it be because I killed him when he started the conversation?
