Been scared of him since that spongebob episode and I always will be.

One of my favorite Spongebob episodes, Nosferatu freaked me out so much I had to see the movie. It was pretty good.

The Alien from the first Alien film...because the scariest monster is one that you never get a good glimpse of.

Honorable mention: The Thing (Carpenter's film), when it's nothing but that guys head w/legs sprouting out of it, skittering across the floor.
