Do you want more drugs to make a comeback?

I'd rather they added more consequences (such as addiction simulation and guards arresting you for possession and/or attempted peddling.) to Skooma before moving onto more.

Yes, they need better reactions (well, reactions at all I mean) from guards and shopkepers than MWs "You better get rid of that moonsugar before you trade with me" or the "Skooma is illegal, oh you got Skooma? I can buy it since nothing is illegal and I buy potions".
I would like a return of Skooma, Moonsugar, Hist Sap and other narcotic substances.
