Morality and Grelod the "Kind"

I don't buy it. I'm not criticizing you, but if we're talking role-playing a good character:

In real-life, what would you think of a 250-lb guy who punched an old woman? How about if he was a pro boxer or MMA fighter? (Doesn't really matter if it's a 120-lb person, actually.)

Would an advlt throw a cabbage at an old lady? I'd consider that embarrassing, and it would still be murder.
That's what led me to the "disgruntled follower." Did you read that? It's a bit better, yet still lacking. I made this thread in the hopes that it could be a bit more of an accident. Bethesda didn't give me much of a choice.

Mine is justified. Upon seeing how awful she is, it would not be immoral to make a joke about how she deserves to die. If your barbarian bodyguard actually goes through with it, well, that's his problem. Fire him and move on with your life.
That's why I like that. In fact, that's how I got my bone hawk ring. :D

You need to kill her to destroy them.
The character doesn't know what they player knows.

So the character also wouldn't know about the possibility of being able to destroy the DB

Why would a moral character join the DB in the first place?

Because of standards. He might approve of cannibalism under Namira, but not child abuse.

Never thought about that. All I know is that it was the only way to do the quest which only morally good characters do: Destroy the Dark Brotherhood.
