Maybe I'm just a wimp player, but it seems silly to pick the lock on an ammo box and find 2 rounds of ammo. Likewise, after a gun battle where the NPC fires many, many rounds at you and then you find 5 rounds of ammo on the body.

Surely, someone has addressed this?
