I, for one, would like to see more depth in each faction, or at least equal depth. The quest lines for Caesar's Legion in FNV wrap up significantly faster than those for the NCR or the others. If the Legion had a longer quest line that revealed some more depth I feel it would be a much more appealing faction to side with. There really is no redeeming qualities in the Legion, and with more depth some could've been revealed.

I think there was a lot of content for the legion that was cut due to time constraints, stuff that would have made them seem not so bad
