Well, I saw this coming with Pete Hines' last podcast. Oh well! I guess we'll just look forward to the next Fallout or TES game then.

Then it's set in stone, the Daragonborn's fate is decided, Mora's servant.

I prefer to call it a mutually beneficial working arrangement.

No it dosen't. Being a monster giving into your domination and hunger for power Like Miraak before you, is much better then cliched becoming "TALOS" and all that nordic BLAH BLAH.

How is that cliche? i think its more cliche with being a servant of a daedra.
But really,You got to agree skyrim feels unfinished. there is so muchthey could have done with DLC,The thalmor and the civil war. even a talos themed DLC. But well, there is nothing we can do now. They have already made their decision :(

Haha, no. They've never fixed all the bugs in their games, that's why the unofficial patches are the first mod people download when installing them. But they'll probably add some final fixes when GOTY comes out.

"But what about the Thalmmmoooorrr"
All this talking about "Taking the fight" to the Thalmor...boy, didn't that turn into a house of cards.

It's the journey you took that reached the stage of becoming a monster, "He who fights monsters becomes one". Your desire and exposure to dark magics and powers drove you to your inerrant desire for domination and power. Essestially, Skyirm was a story about the DB's "Fall from Grace"

I think that's ONE way of looking at it, but these things have always been all a matter of perspective.

Yeah it is disappointing for sure. I was expecting at least one more big one, but eh what can ya do? Now how are they gonna make the dragonborn fall into obscurity? "The great and legendary dragonborn managed to defeat the first dragonborn, Miraak and then proceeded to kill Alduin the world eater, thus saving us from extinction from dragons that showed up the first time in thousands of years. The dragonborn was such a great hero, that we don't even know his name, or whether hes a man or a woman or what race he/she is!".

But I guess its the same with morrowind and oblivion as well. I mean theres a statue of the CoC in bruma, and yet people still don't know what race he/she was and if it was a man or a woman.

Redguard, as in The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard. It was a platformer action game, you played as Cyrus, the Redguard hero. Came out before I was even in High School.

I find it much more interesting, intead of becoming "The savior of Mankind" like all you nord nuts wanted, you become a "shadowed and perverted" form of your original self, and become a "destroyer", following in the foot steps of Alduin and Miraak before you. A massive amount of "Not so different" themes running around.

Probably, considering you'd have to changes provinces for that. But you know how people are. All the Nordic Bravado, "we're just gonna go over there and kill them". Almost glad it never came to pass, to be honest.

The thalmor do have a potentially huge amount of content which could easily be made into dlc if not a whole game lol

Good, now I can expect to see the Game of the Year edition soon and will finally be able to play the game. :goodjob:

That also bodes well for Fallout 4 being released sometime this year. They now have lots of time to work on it.
